We currently supply the wet type cylinder liner for the 748 / 848cc engine.  This liner is 0.020" bigger in the bore than standard.  We also supply the +0.020" pistons to go with these liners

AE Equivalent Part Number for Piston : 19473, Liner : SJ 4250

Normally you can only get the pistons oversize, and the liners standard size.  You then need to have the liners bored to suit the pistons.  We have had these pistons & liners manufactured to the full OE spec, but oversize on both parts.  Therefore these kits can be fitted without having to have the liners bored.  Standard size is normally 62.50mm, therefore these are 63.00mm.
